Q4U BBQ began as a competition barbecue team on the KCBS circuit in California, built on a passion for authentic, slow-smoked barbecue and a commitment to doing things the right way. With over 20 years of experience as a KCBS-certified judge and competition pitmaster, I’ve spent decades learning what truly makes great barbecue stand out.
That journey has included attending top competition cooking classes, studying the craft, and refining techniques to produce consistently high-quality smoked meats. Along the way, Q4U BBQ has earned multiple awards, including a first-place brisket that helped secure a Reserve Grand Champion title.
